Cooking & Meal Planning Classes

Alissa offers hands-on and interactive cooking classes for 5-10 clients that will address a specific health need. Clients across all ages will learn culinary skills that will empower them to cook dishes from scratch, and eventually prepare meals like a pro chef! Clients will also learn new ways to find healthy recipes, make recipe substitutions, analyze recipes and develop grocery lists based on healthy menus. Lastly, participants will go home with food samples, recipes ideas, and handouts to promote continued inspiration to mimic these class tips at home!

(A) Virtual, LIVE: 1 Small Group Class

60 minutes, 5-7 spots available ($75 per person)

Cooking with Alissa Steinberg virtually:

  • Alissa will send you the ingredients list at least 72 hours before class 
  • You will order /purchase the ingredients 
  • You will cook with Alissa by video (fun and interactive class) 
  • You will have 1-2 recipes ready-to-go at home (4-8 recipes per serving)
