Individual and Group Counselling
Alissa’s individual and group counselling services include working with children, adolescents and their families; both young and older adults; and couples.
After an in-depth initial assessment, Alissa will work closely with her clients to develop a nutrition care plan that addresses their health needs.
Following this assessment, Alissa offers follow-up visits to help clients build on, and maintain, their health behaviour changes.
Mini Coaching visits are offered for those needing, more frequent and quick visits to maintain accountability to health behaviour changes, and boost motivation in between visits.
Appointments are available in-person and via video chat.
- Adult Initial Assessment (60 minutes) – $150
- Pediatric Initial Assessment (60 minutes) – $150
- Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes) – $75
- Detailed Follow-Up Visits (60 minutes) – $150
- Mini Coaching Visits (20 minutes) – $50
