Ingredients
Dough recipe (makes 12):
1 cup almond flour
½ cup Plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
Cream cheese, cubed
Fresh chives / green onions
Toppings:
1 egg whisked
3-4 tbsp Everything Spice
Directions
Combines dough ingredients and divide into 12 small cubes.
Flatten cubes and stuff with filling (cream cheese + chives/green onion). Pull the edges of the dough around the filling to form a ball.
Dip bagel balls in egg wash and coat with everything spice.
Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
