3-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

Prep time: 10 minutes - Freeze time: 20 minutes - Total time: 30 minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips, melted (melt with ¼ tsp coconut oil if desired)


Directions
  1. Blend batter and freeze for 20 minutes.

  2. Once more solid, roll batter into balls.

  3. Dip/drizzle with more melted chocolate.
