Ingredients:
1 rice paper roll
2 eggs
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp per sauce: sesame oil, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, garlic paste (or minced garlic)
Toppings (optional):
Sriracha
Sesame Seeds
Directions
Whisk together eggs, green onions and all the sauces in one bowl
Place rice paper roll on a pan on medium-low heat and pour mixture over the rice paper in an even coating
Cover with a lid and cook for ~1 minute or until egg looks cooked
Drizzle with Sriracha and sprinkle with sesame seeds!
