Ingredients & Instructions:
Step 1: Make the salad dressing
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tbsp Healthy U Moroccan Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Moroccan Spice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt & black pepper
½ tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
Zest and juice 1 lemon
1 orange, juice
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2: Build a base
Grate 5-6 carrots
1 red onion, finely chopped
Lay grated carrots on your serving dish or platter. Then add the onions on top.
Step 3: Add protein
1/4 cup toasted almonds
Roasted chicken
Chopped cilantro
Sprinkle the almonds and chicken on top
Garnish with cilantro
