Prep Time: 15 min - Cook Time: 20 min - Total Time: 35 min
Ingredients List:
2 eggs
½ cup tapioca flour
½ cup almond flour
½ cup applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk in eggs.
Fold in applesauce.
Mix until combined.
On a pan or skillet heat to medium and grease with oil. Scoop batter into pan/skillet. Flip when one side is firm.
Serve!
