Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 tbsp of Healthy U India spice
Alternative to Healthy U India Spice
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp dry ground mustard
2 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Coat cauliflower with India Spice and sesame oil. Roast in oven at 425F for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add honey. Roast again for 10-15 minutes.
