1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Cook on low-medium heat for 1-2 hours (until mushy)
Blend; if hot, do not seal blender completely
Cook on low-medium heat for another 20-30 minutes
