Ingredients
¾ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 eggs
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
Icing
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F, and either grease 12 small donut pans or cover baking tray with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix!
Either pour batter into ziploc bag and shape on baking tray (self-create donut shapes, cutting corner of bag), or pour batter into donut pans
Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool, add icing & sprinkles
