Apple Cinnamon Protein Bowl 🥣 🍎

A quick, high-protein breakfast with over 25g of protein and under 30g of net carbs, perfect for busy mornings!

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 apple, sliced



Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix ¾ cup of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  2. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

  3. Slice the apple and use the slices to dip into the cottage cheese mixture.
