Ingredients
¾ cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, sliced
Directions
In a bowl, mix ¾ cup of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter powder, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
Slice the apple and use the slices to dip into the cottage cheese mixture.
