Ingredients
APPLE PIE MIXTURE:
1 tsp coconut oil
4 apples chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice, nutmeg and salt
CREAMY BASE:
3 tbsp maple sugar
2/3 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pecans or almonds chopped
CARAMEL DRIZZLE:
2 tbsp natural almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Apple Pie Mixture:
Add all Apple pie mixture ingredients into a frying pan.
Cook on frying pan for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Creamy base:
In a blender, add almonds or pecans and mix until finely grated.
Mix all above ingredients into a bowl and add to the bottom of a baking dish.
Remove the Apple pie mixture from the stove and add on top of creamy base layer.
Bake 2 layers combined at 350F x 30-35 minutes
Caramel drizzle:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined
Before serving, warm up drizzle in the microwave for 60 - 90 seconds.
