Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breast
10–12 asparagus spears
1/2 cup goat cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload
Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (topping)
2 tbsp oil (drizzled on top of chicken before baking)
Instructions:
Place cut chicken breasts into a ziploc bag and hammer down.
Add remaining ingredients into a bowl, minus the eggs.
Dip chicken breast into egg and then coat evenly in coating mixture
Place on a baking sheet with extra almond slices on top. Bake at 350 F for 18-22 minutes.
