When I have savoury cravings, it’s usually for shrimp dumplings - and this is my EASY version! It’s basically 2-ingredients + marinade. I have fun folding while listening to my favourite playlist - you need this in your kitchen life too, trust me on this one!
Ingredients
1 bag raw shrimp
Rice paper
Marinade:
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
Green onions, chopped
Creamy Sriracha Sauce:
1/4 cup vegan mayo
3 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely minced
Salt to taste
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over top of shrimp. Set aside.
Add 1 rice paper at a time to warm water for 10 seconds. Place on paper towel.
Add 2 tbsp shrimp and fold into a square.
Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the creamy sriracha sauce by combing above ingredients. Drizzle on top of baked dumplings. Enjoy!
