Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
4 chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 lemons, zest and juice
4 cups spinach
2 cups basil leaves
Instructions:
Cube chicken breast and cook on frying pan for 5-8 minutes, until brown.
Add garlic, onion, soy sauce, lemon zest + juice, basil leaves and spinach.
Let simmer for 15 minutes.
