Prep time: 10 minutes - Cook time: 20 minutes - Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients into one bowel until well incorporated
Place mixture down and pat into a circular shape. Cut into triangles or scone shaped pieces
Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 minutes
