Ingredients
(1) Ground Chicken
450g extra lean ground chicken
1 egg
1 tsp salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
(2) Breading:
3 slices of @carbonautbaking bread
¼ packet @clubhouse Ranch Seasoning
Buffalo sauce:
1 cup @preschoice buffalo wing sauce (or any brand available/preferred)
(3) Ranch Sauce
1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt @libertecanada
¼ packet @clubhousecanada Ranch Seasoning
Directions
Mix ground chicken with egg, salt, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Form into a patty with wet hands to avoid sticking
Toast 3 slices of @carbonautbaking bread and break up into smaller pieces. Add 1/4 packet of @clubhouse Ranch Seasoning to create a breadcrumb mixture. Dip patties into breading mixture and air-fry on 400F / 190C for 4-5 minutes on each side - spray with cooking oil for an extra crisp
Add 1 cup of @preschoice buffalo wing sauce (or any brand available/preferred) and air-fry once again at 400F/190C for 2-3 minutes
Prepare ranch dip by combining 1 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt @libertecanada + ¼ packet @clubhousecanada Ranch Seasoning. Dip and enjoy!
