Ingredients List:
1 pkg extra firm tofu, drained & pressed with a paper towel
Dip:
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
Drizzle:
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Using a paper towel, soak up the remaining water from the tofu. Slice the tofu blocks into thin slices.
Add the dip ingredients into a small bowl.
Dunk each tofu slice into the dipping sauce and add on to a lined baking dish.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
In a small bowl combine the drizzle ingredients. Once the tofu is done, add this sauce on top and enjoy!
