Ingredients:
1 Butternut Squash
2 cups Milk or Milk Alternative
½ cup Cheese
1 Lemon
4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Onion powder
2 tbsp Garlic powder
½ cup Oil
Salt
1 package Cauliflower Rice or Chickpea pasta
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly
Cook pasta option according to package and add Mac and Cheese sauce on top
