Ingredients
1 large white cabbage, cut into thick steak slices
Seasoning for cabbage: 2-3 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 3 tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
Toppings: marinara, fresh basil, and grated mozzarella (grated)
Directions
Cut white cabbage into thick “steak” slices.
Combine seasoning ingredients and add to cabbage steaks.
Bake seasoned cabbage steaks for 10-12 minutes at 400F.
Top steaks with marinara, basil, and mozzarella. Bake again for 8-10 minutes at 400F, and broil for 30-60 seconds at the end for a bubbly cheese!
