Ingredients
6-8 carrots
1-2 rutabaga
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 tsp salt, pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp
Directions
Cut carrots and rutabaga into fry shape. Soak in cold water.
Drain carrot/rutabaga and toss with remaining ingredients. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt dipping sauce. Set aside in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
