Ingredients:
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
2 tbsp oil
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Healthy U Spain Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Spain Spice
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dried cilantro
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground dried lemon peel
1 tsp black pepper
30 shrimp, frozen
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 turkey pepperette, chopped
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add onions, tomatoes, shrimp, zucchini, cauliflower rice and Healthy U spice
Combine ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cauliflower rice is tender
Add lemon juice, parsley and turkey pepperette
