Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1 tbsp & 2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp & 1 tsp coconut oil
1 pkg light cream cheese
1/2 cup greek yogurt (+ 1 tsp vanilla if plain yogurt)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
In a lined muffin tray, create your first layer by blending 1 cup almonds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil. Layer about ¼ of your lined muffin sheets with your mixture
Create your second layer by blending, 1 pkg light cream cheese, 1/2 cup greek yogurt (+ 1 tsp vanilla if plain yogurt) and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Layer this on top of your first layer, leaving enough room for your 3rd and final layer.
Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil in the microwave and layer on all cheesecake bites. Place in the fridge or freezer for about 1 hour to set.
