Ingredients
Batter Ingredients:
1 cup (226g), shredded cheese (Monterey Jack)
1 cup (226g), ricotta cheese
3 tbsp, plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
3 large eggs
2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping Ingredients:
1-2 cups berries, chopped
1 tbsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Combine all batter ingredients and add to a lined muffin tray.
Top with topping ingredients and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
