Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
½ cup almond flour
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder, onion flakes and oregano
½ tsp salt
2 eggs, whisked
Directions
In a bowl combine almond flour, spices and cheese. In another bowl whisk eggs.
Dip chicken in eggs and then in flour mixture until evenly coated. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
