Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 20 min- Total time: 50 min
Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breast, cut into strips
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload
Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
2 eggs
Oil for frying!
Optional: Hot sauce on top!
Instructions:
Mix Parmesan cheese, almond flour, Onion Overload together.
In a separate bowl crack and beat eggs.
Dip chicken strips into egg wash. Then dip into flour. Set aside on a tray and repeat with all the chicken strips.
In a skillet over medium heat add oil. Add chicken strips and cook until crispy and inside is fully cooked! (If you are uncomfortable with cooking meat, you can use a kitchen thermometer to check the temperature! It should reach at least 165°F)
Serve and enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce!
