Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
In a microwave, melt the cheese in a bowl for 60 seconds.
In a small bowl, combine the melted cheese with almond flour & salt. Knead the dough until fully combined.
Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough until evenly thinned out.
Cut into triangles.
Bake at 350 F for 12-14 minutes.
Add spices on top.
