Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Healthy U Secret Salad Mix
Alternative to Healthy U Secret Salad Mix
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp paprika
1⁄2 tsp salt & black pepper
1⁄2 tsp poppy seed
1⁄2 tsp celery seed
1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions:
Add seasoning mix to ground chicken. Add maple syrup. Combine well.
Heat oil in a pan at medium heat.
Cook the sausage patties until crisp brown on both sides. You can use a knife to poke them and check that they are fully cooked.
