500g extra lean ground chicken
½ tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder
Directions
Preheat your oven to 250F
In a bowl, combine 500g of extra lean ground chicken with ½ teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Add the ground chicken mixture to the pan, then use a rolling pin to roll it out into a thin, even layer.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken jerky is firm and fully cooked through.
