Chicken Meatloaf

Prep time: 20 minutes - Cook time: 40 minutes - Total time: 60 minutes



Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice, thawed

  • 500g extra lean ground chicken

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 cup grated light cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (any type)

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp salt + garlic powder


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and add to a lined loaf pan.

  2. Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes and enjoy!
