Ingredients
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice, thawed
500g extra lean ground chicken
1 small onion, diced
1 cup grated light cheddar cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup almond flour
½ cup BBQ sauce (any type)
1 egg
½ tsp salt + garlic powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients and add to a lined loaf pan.
Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes and enjoy!
