Kebabs/Kabobs:
2 chicken breast
1 red onion, chopped into large pieces (Big enough so you can skewer them)
1 tbsp Healthy U Shawarma Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Shawarma Spice
1 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp ground allspice
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
Add oil and spice to a bowl with chicken breasts. Then marinate the chicken in it.
Add salt.
On skewers alternate skewering chicken and onions on the skewer.
Cook on a grill or BBQ until the chicken is cooked well. BE CAREFUL when cooking these because wooden skewers can burn!
Garlic Dip:
1 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Juice 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients together and mix to create garlic dip
Serve and enjoy!
