Ingredients
10 large chicken wings
1 cup chopped brussel sprouts
Marinade/Sauce:
¼ cup oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Juice from ¼ lemon
Instructions
Combine all sauce ingredients.
Place chicken and veggies in a cast-iron skillet, add sauce on top.
Bake at 425 F for 30-35 minutes.
Note: you can also marinate the chicken in the sauce for 3-4 hours before baking for extra flavour.
