Ingredients
2 cups dried chickpeas
4 cups of water Toppings: Any pizza topping you prefer
Directions
Soak chickpeas in water for 6 hours. Once soaked add both water and chickpeas to a blender and process on high speed until fully combined.
Portion out into crust sized desired on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, add pizza toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Note: The dough is easier to work with in mini pizza form.
