Ingredients:
½ can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 pickles, chopped (or 1 celery stalk, chopped)
½ carrot, chopped (or ½ apple, chopped)
¼ white onion, diced
¼ cup plain greek yogurt (or 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp dijon mustard)
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Finely chop chickpeas then add to a bowl with rest of ingredients, mix well
