Chocolate Dipped Macaroons

Prep time: 15 minutes - Bake time: 18-20 minutes - Total time: 33-35 minutes

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

  • ¾ cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions
  1. Combine all dough ingredients. Bake at 375F for 18-22 minutes.

  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Coat one side of each macaroon with chocolate.

  3. Optional: top with extra coconut flakes.
