Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
¾ cup almond flour
1 egg
3 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Sauce:
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
Combine all dough ingredients. Bake at 375F for 18-22 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Coat one side of each macaroon with chocolate.
Optional: top with extra coconut flakes.
