Ingredients
Loaf:
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Topping:
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Add all loaf ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined
Transfer into a lined baking pan and spread evenly
In a separate bowl, mix together topping ingredients and drizzle over loaf
Place in the oven at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes
