Ingredients
Sheet Pan Pancakes:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
Maple Cinnamon Swirl:
¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 ounces light cream cheese, softened
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp maple syrup/honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all pancake batter ingredients and scoop onto a lined 9x9 baking sheet.
Combine all maple cinnamon swirl ingredients and add to a plastic Ziploc bag. Cut a hole at the tip of the bag a pipe swirls onto the pancake batter.
Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
Combine frosting ingredients and drizzle over cooked pancake batter.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
