Ingredients List:
2 eggs
¼ cup spinach
2 tbsp roasted red pepper
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp red onion
½ tbsp Healthy U Everything Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Everything Spice
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
Whisk eggs, and pour them into the frying pan (with 1/2 tsp oil), and cook through with a lid on top to create an ‘egg wrap’
Remove egg wrap from the pan, and make a cut from its center to edge. Then add roasted red pepper to one corner of the egg wrap. Repeat this step for remaining corners.
Don't forget to cook the folded egg on the frying pan for the "crispy" finish and melted cheese!
