Ingredients
1 pkg cottage cheese (500g)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Favourite pizza toppings
Directions
Combine all crust ingredients in a large bowl.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
Bake at 350F for 40-55 minutes or until all moisture is removed.
Remove from oven add favourite toppings and bake again for 5-15 minutes. Enjoy!
