Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 45-70 minutes Total time: 50-75 minutes

This pizza crust is next level and I’m super pumped about it HIGH PROTEIN and LOW CARB … and let me tell you it definitely satisfies those pizza cravings! Yes, there is 8g of protein per slice.


Ingredients
  • 1 pkg cottage cheese (500g)

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • Favourite pizza toppings


Directions
  1. Combine all crust ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spread evenly.

  3. Bake at 350F for 40-55 minutes or until all moisture is removed.

  4. Remove from oven add favourite toppings and bake again for 5-15 minutes. Enjoy!
