Each sandwich has up to 20g protein, a recipe that keeps you FULLER longer.
Ingredients
1 pkg pressed cottage cheese (500g)
2 small eggs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Mash pressed cottage cheese. Add eggs and stir until combined.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, shape in to a rectangle and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.
Once cooled cut into slices and layer with your favourite sandwich toppings. Enjoy!
*Note- If you have standard cottage cheese, you don’t need to add the eggs!
