Cottage Cheese Toast

Prep time: 2 minutes - Cooking time: 35 minutes Total time: 37 minutes

Each sandwich has up to 20g protein, a recipe that keeps you FULLER longer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg pressed cottage cheese (500g)

  • 2 small eggs

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions
  1. Mash pressed cottage cheese. Add eggs and stir until combined.

  2. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, shape in to a rectangle and sprinkle with seasoning.

  3. Bake at 400F for 35 minutes.

  4. Once cooled cut into slices and layer with your favourite sandwich toppings. Enjoy!


*Note- If you have standard cottage cheese, you don’t need to add the eggs!
