Ingredients List:
2 small onions, chopped
3-5 garlic cloves
2 cups cherry tomatoes / diced Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup walnuts or cashews
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
2-3 chicken breast, diced
Instructions:
In a pan with olive oil, fry the chicken on its own over medium heat until cooked thoroughly inside.
In a separate pan, add the remaining ingredients and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the Mariana sauce into a blender and add extra water. Blend until smooth.
Pour over fried chicken and add extra sliced tomatoes on top.
