2 cups canned puree whole pumpkin
1 1/2 cups chickpeas, dried
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 red onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1-2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4-6 cups vegetable broth
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
