Crispy Beans & Whipped Feta Cheese Dip🌻

Prep time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Total time: 45 minutes

Serves: 2 portions

Ingredient
  • 1 can white beans

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt and pepper

  • ¼ tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp arrowroot / tapioca starch

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary

Dip:

  • 1 cup feta chees

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1-3 tbsp milk


Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl mix together arrowroot / tapioca starch, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  3. Rinse the beans and add them to a bowl along with the cornstarch mixture. Toss to cover the beans in flour.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 25-30 minutes).

  5. Make the dip by blending feta cheese, pepper and milk, enjoy!
