Ingredient
1 can white beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt and pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp arrowroot / tapioca starch
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
Dip:
1 cup feta chees
1 tsp pepper
1-3 tbsp milk
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400F. Prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix together arrowroot / tapioca starch, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Rinse the beans and add them to a bowl along with the cornstarch mixture. Toss to cover the beans in flour.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake until crispy (about 25-30 minutes).
Make the dip by blending feta cheese, pepper and milk, enjoy!
