Ingredients
4-6 salmon filets, cut into smaller chunks
2-3 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup sesame seeds (mixed white / black) + 1 tbsp salt
Directions
2 separate bowls - one for the whisked egg and one for the mixed sesame seeds
Place sesame chunks into the whisked egg, then into the sesame seeds, making sure the mixture is evenly coated
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place breaded salmon on
Bake at 425 F for 20-35 minutes, just to get crust crispy

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vingear
3 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp ginger, crushed
1/4 cup water
1-2 limes or lemons
