1 bunch kale with stems removed and chopped
1 half of a cabbage, chopped
1 head of lettuce, chopped
Dill Dressing:
3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
3 tbsps Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1 medium clove garlic finely minced
1/2 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload Spice
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
Mix together to form salad mix
Drizzle with dill dressing!
