1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any type, unsweetened)
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain or vanilla (vegan yogurt works as well)
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (you can skip if using vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed on the counter & slightly crushed for the beautiful purple color
