Ingredients
1/2 cup, mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup, cheddar cheese
1 cup, softened cream cheese
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup finely chopped kosher dill pickles, divided
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp minced fresh dill, plus more for topping
2 tbsp pickle brine
Directions
Mix together the above ingredients (3/4 pickles and cheese). Pour into a baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese, pickles, and dill.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
