1 head purple cabbage
Optional garlic tahini sauce:
1/4 cup tahini
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp water and/or oil
4-5 minced garlic
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley + toasted pine nuts
Directions
Remove stem, and then add to boiled water + salt for 6 minutes, with lid on
Remove from boiling water, and transfer to a baking tray - DRENCH with deliciosus olive oil + salt and bake HIGH 450F x 30-40 minutes
Pour any toppings you would like! I used garlic tahini sauce (e.g. 1/4 cup tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2 tbsp water and/or oil, 4-5 minced garlic, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt) + 1/4 cup chopped parsley + toasted pine nuts
