Ingredients
1 cauliflower, thinly sliced
2-4 carrots, grated
1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup almond flour
3 eggs
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp Healthy U Everything Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Everything Spice
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp dried minced garlic
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Cut off the tip/stem of the cauliflower and begin chopping it into small pieces
Transfer into a bowl and add the carrots, onions, garlic, eggs and almond flour. Mix until evenly combined
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with Healthy U everything spice, salt and pepper. Make sure you spray the dish before adding the mixture to prevent sticking
Bake at 400F for 45-50 minutes.
