Prep Time: 30 min - Cook time: 25 min - Total time: 55 min
Ingredients and Instructions:
½ cup of almond flour
½ cup of hemp seeds
1lb lean ground chicken
1 large egg
1 minced yellow onion
2 garlic clove, miced
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
Add all ingredients into a large bowl, mix evenly. Roll into balls (of your choice in size) and lay out on a baking sheet, 1-1.5 cm space in between.
Baked on a baking tray rack at 400F x 18-22 minutes
